PYAR Records is the home of Dan Martin-Hall and his associated rock band ‘FURIAN’.

PYAR is a self-release label that specialises in music for TV/Film and video. We can write in any genre required and have a wealth of experience in the musical world. We function out of our own custom built studio (www.pyarstudios.co.uk) and work on projects of all natures. Our music taste is broad and we are capable in writing/producing anything from pop, jazz, swing and funk through to rock and metal. Please refer to our Soundcloud playlist below for example work. More About DAN

Dan has been writing music since he was 14 years old and after picking up a guitar at age 18 he has been a huge songwriting influence in many projects, all of which have noted the originality, musicality and drive he brings to the table. He has always aimed to work on music that will seize people by the heart or the conscience through it’s content and energy but is happy to turn his hand to anything to do with audio.

When he started writing music a few people noted that he had the “Mozart approach” to writing and could construct whole songs in his head without having to pick up an instrument. After learning that it was a rare talent he has since pushed himself to create as often as possible. Along the way Dan has managed to teach himself to sing, play guitar, play the drums, play piano, play bass and program electronic music. He’s also well schooled in production and can happily run a studio.

Music has always been a huge part of Dan’s life and he now offers his services as a songwriter and a producer. The majority of Dan’s work has been featured on UK national radio with current credits on BBC and Kerrang radio.

Dan is currently the frontman of UK rock band ‘Furian’ and is an active touring musician as well as a professional composer and producer.

After forming in August 2014, FURIAN have wasted no time in establishing themselves as a UK alternative rock band and a real hope for British music.

Furian have really mastered the art of capturing the excitement, happiness and sadness of life’s twists and turns and each track is a finely crafted emotional roller-coaster. Inspired by bands such as Letlive, Reuben, Paramore and Deftones, they take the most engaging elements of rock and post-hardcore and lace them with gripping melodies and lyrics. Their songs can swing from roaring to heart-wrenching in an instant.

They have been gaining constant growing attention not just for their explosive live performance and intricate, energetic songs but for their friendly and communal approach to being musicians, always keeping kindness and positivity at the forefront of their operations. There aren’t many places in the United Kingdom that won’t welcome them with open arms and their influence and message is growing with each passing day. Having being asked to support bands such as ‘Norma Jean’ and ‘Vanity Draws Blood,’ after just a year and a half of existence, they have continually proven that they can entertain any crowd, with people regularly approaching them after performances, to get involved and show their appreciation of the music and atmosphere they create. In July 2016 Furian made their Kerrang Radio debut and caused a storm on Alex Baker’s Fresh Blood Show, getting rave reviews after every play.

They are one of a rare breed of modern acts that know that music is about changing lives and having fun and not about money, egos or materials and each and every Furian fan is outwardly but not consciously reminded.
